Excellent.Actually,I could not expect such a beautiful place where a river flows down below the camp.

Best Experience: Appletreesfull of apples but nobody cares to pluck it.

Worst Experience: No such experience.

The resort is actually in a small village batseri (6 Km ahead of sangla), within an apple orchid. The orchid and the place is mind blowing but we arnt allowed to pluck the apples. :(

About Banjara Camps

The Banjara Camp is situated alongside river Baspa in Sangla valley. Located at an altitude of 2,700 meters, the Camp is cloaked by the Himalayas. Places of interest in and around include Chitkul village, Batseri temple and Sangla meadows. The Banjara Camp stays open from April to October. Light woolens recommended while on visit.

Rooms & Amenities

The camp has 17 furnished tents with attached bathrooms and 24-hr running water. Rates are inclusive of buffet meals. Outdoor activities like camping, nature walks, mountain treks are offered by the Camp. Baspa River provides opportunities for fishing, trout angling and other water sports. Other facilities include laundry service and doctor on call. Transactions are through cash and travelers cheques.
