"beautiful place"

Its an isolated place in the midst of mountains. Beautiful treks all around. Scenic as well as natural beauty. The resort has very courteous staff. Excellent food. They guided us very well about what we should do while at Shoja.

About Banjara Retreat

The Banjara Retreat is located 5 km from the Jalori Pass linking Shimla and Kulu. Done up mostly in cedar wood Banjara Retreat is laced by the Himalayas on one side and forests on the other. The Resort offers outdoor sports and activities like hiking, trekking and nature walks. Places of interest near the Resort include Serolsar Lake, Raghupur Fort, Waterfall Point and Tirthan Valley.

Rooms & Amenities

There are 5 double bedrooms and 2 suites of 2 bedrooms each. All the bedrooms have attached bathrooms with 24-hr hot/cold running water. The Rates are inclusive of meals. The Resort provides local guides for nature walks for an additional fee. Laundry service and doctor on call facilities are available. Cash and travelers cheques are accepted. The Retreat stays open from April to October. Light woolens are recommended during the period.
