One of its kind in India, limited rooms but what a place, what a location.

Stayed there twice in 2 years and still would stay again if I go back.

First the location, it is the only resort on Radhanagar Beach, it is in thick forest which opens on the far end Radhanagar Beach (probably the best beach in India). Rooms are sheer brilliantly designed with local hut designs and interiors is fantastic, bathrooms luxurious. One room is at least few hundred meters away from the other nearest. To reach even reception or dining area, you have to walk a lot in the jungle cum pathways. You will hear sound of only ocean or birds and winds.

Resort has its own Elephant which swims in the ocean.

Service and food is excellent. Although no telephone or TV or WiFi, but that is the purpose of being there, to disconnect and enjoy the nature.

You can enjoy surfing, snorkeling, diving and sea walking all arranged by resort. Or can just enjoy the white sand beach.

If you want real luxury amidst best of nature then this is the place.

We went there for a quick lunch before exploring Radhanagar Beach. Their property is well maintained with beautiful gardens and huts. They have the best bar in Havelock. We ordered long island iced tea and beer. Must say the cocktail was one of the best in taste (not every bar serves long island as it should be).

Visited here with my newly wedded wife. This place was just what we wanted. Our villa was just hop skip & jump from the beach. We visited in Aug and lucky for us there were not many other guests. We nearly had the beach all to ourselves. It was a private beach just for us on our honeymoon. The resort is well managed. It is very thoughtful of them to give each of us a LED torchlight along with welcome drink on arrival. The torch is most handy at night since the resort is actually in the midst of the jungle. Food was good. But for delicacies like prawns and lobsters there are other good restaurants on the island. I strongly suggest a rent a bike to explore the island like we did. Overall, a great place. Would like to visit again should time permit.

The Barefoot Resort, Havelock is eco friendly with a helping staff. The best thing I like here was activity to swim with the elephant their or give him a bath in Sea at Radhanagar Beach in Havelock. I bet you will not forget it for your lifetime. Must do activity in your life other than the beautiful Sea life here.

We spent five days at Barefoot very pleasant to end a 2 week trip in Andaman. This wilderness is reserved for those seeking peace and quiet. Near a beautiful almost deserted beach with a pleasant surprise to attend morning and evening for 2 elephants bathing. The staff is very attentive and ready to meet your expectations. The kitchen is a level quite good and varied. In terms of activities and meal remains the possibility of making you walk 10 minutes from the hotel to rent a rickshaw, have lunch in a local restaurant or just buy fruit. Very good memories of this place, or one feels cut off from the world, close to nature and where one lives in the end the rhythm of the sun. Thank you for this visit which will remain as a great memory for us.

As soon as I entered the hotel premises, I could see Kingfishers Flying around me with trees reaching for the sky. It felt as if I had reached the shooting set of the movie Avatar. At barely 100 metres from the resort is Radhanagar Beach, a very clean beach. The rooms are like cottages and villas. Music at the restaurant during night is pleasant.

The hotel was not located conveniently. The hotel was located outside the city. The staff's of the hotel was polite and hygienic. The external and internal of the hotel was normal. The check in and checkout was on time. The allotted room was clean and well maintained. All the facility was provided in the room. Regularly the room was cleaned. Hot water facility was provided all time. The quality of food was nice but it was costly. The activities were not arranged by the hotel. I had visited the hotel with my wife. I would recommend the hotel for upcoming travellers. Spent money in the hotel was worth.

Location is excellent right off Radhanagar Beach. Villa is absolutely fantastic. Service at front desk is also very good. Food especially the Pizzas are amazing. Location is not for kids as there is no lighting in the resort nor are there paved paths for walking but, that's the kind of hotel you want to relax in right!

It was really a pleasure to stay at this hotel with family. It is a perfect place with cleanliness, peace as well as near to wild and connected to the nature. It is located at beach no 7. We stayed at a cottage which was very similar to a hut but cute. Grill fish was very delicious and staff of the resort was kind and helpful. Overall a good stay and wonderful hotel.

There was no delay in check-in and check-out procedure. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had travelled there with my family. I didn't find any problem in reaching the hotel. The hotel was little far from the beach and centrally located. The appearance of the hotel was excellent. The room was really good and very spacious. There was a beach view from the window of the room. The overall stay in the hotel was excellent.
