An extremely good heritage hotel with very wellhead staff members Reached there after an overnight journey, booked three double bed rooms, all were on 1st floor with windows facing the main gate. Stayed for a night, wish could stay longer The hotel can be compared to staying in a Palace, big rooms and room-decor was brilliant. Bathroom had a big Bath with over head shower and WC, basin. Bed linen and towels were as good as new. Each room had a small fridge/freezer and the beds were larger than King size bed. The manager and staff was very polite, helpful. Food is delicious, breakfast was included with the room rent. Complimentary tea/coffee making facilities available.
The hotel belongs to bikaji group and it serves you very will as compared to other hotels in which I stayed. The will take care of everything and even washes your socks which I liked a lot. Fully satisfied by their service. Prefer to stay in this hotel with good dinner quality.
Basant Vihar Place is good hotel in Bikaner. I was visited for official visit. All amenities is very good like room, dining hall, gardens. Food is very good. Staff behave is nice. Housekeeping and room service is also good. Bikaner is famous for Rasgoola and Bikaneri Bhujiya(Namkeen and papad). Also visited to Gajner place (Old Collection of Maharajah).
This is very good hotel to stay. Facility is also good. Food quality is excellent with better service. I stay there in regular basis. The bed is excellent to sleep. The room is very good to stay and has big space for morning and evening walk. Good quality park for walking. Main thing is, it is near by of Junagarh Fort, which is excellent place to see.
This Hotel is suggested by my one of a good friend whose father is among the owner of this place. My first thought after visiting its website was that, are these pictures real but believe me when you go there and watch it live you'll feel more alive, as the outside look of the place is so grand and perfect with lush green gardens and pools. Not only its outer look but also the interior was fantabulous, the rooms were so designed that not even for a second one feel like a king. The hotel itself depicts the vast royal living culture and lifestyle of Rajwadas and look of the Darbar Hall will take your feelings to even higher level. There are different varieties of rooms available at such an affordable price that one can never complain plus the food was deliciously awesome. I would love to re-live this experience in the next time I visit Bikaner . .

The hotel located near to the market. The surrounding of the hotel was clean and tidy. The interior and exterior of the hotel was maintained. The staff at the hotel were kind. The check-in and check-out procedure was quick and easy. The room which they had given to I was spacious and bathroom was clean. The amenities in the room were in working condition. The hot water facility was provided for the limited period of time. The laundry service was not provided by the hotel. The WiFi connection was provided by the hotel but the network was too slow. I had seen a market view from my balcony. The food which they served was hygienic and tasty. The price was affordable and the quantity was good. The hotel had not arranged any sightseeing trip.
