service was good and workers were on their toes but reception counter was a bit slow. overall it was a good stay

Value for money, the location was good and it looks fine. The staff was cooperative and they give good service. The food served was tasty but they do not have variety and the rooms were neat and clean. Shantiniketan as a place is nice.

Basundhara hotel is an old building . Rooms are okay ... managable for a night or two. Food was okay. Service was very slow. So overall an average lodge. it needs lots of improvement.

Its a good Hotel at the outskirts of Shantiniketan, service is good, food quality is also good..... but the location is very far from the campus
