Stayed in the 2bhk apartment with friends and had a lovely time. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Best part is the location of this hotel. Right in the koregaon park so all the things around are easily accessible. Food is OK in the hotel. The rooms are reasonably priced. Good stay.
I & my husband visited Pune to relax over the weekend & we had booked our room at Bel Air Suites. Going by the snaps at Agoda & other websites it seemed to be a tidy service apartment, but to our dismay. We booked a room on top floor & when we reached the apartment, we were told all the rooms are occupied and will have to manage with a room in the basement next to the dining area and kitchen which meant bustling noise of traffic & then kitchen next to you. I was upset to know that the receptionist dint know anything about our booking and was least bit co-operative. Rooms though are spacious, it is placed well in the heart of the city but it failed to impress me. Service quality is average & so is the experience.
I visited Pune for official work and stayed in this hotel. The hotel is right in middle of Koregaon park - one of the best areas of Pune city. The hotel staff is great. The rooms are also pretty nice and spacious. The food was great - enjoyed my breakfast.
I and my colleague visited Pune in 2nd week of November 2014 and decided to stay at this place at Koregaon Park since it was very near to the office. When we reached the place, we were not quite impressed with the look of place. The reception area has sofas, seats which are worn out. You would not feel sitting on them. However, the room was very spacious and clean. They do not make dinner, being a service apartment and lot of good options available in the area. The bell of our room was not working, so whenever room service used to come we could not hear the bell and the guy used to go away after knocking the door 2 - 3 times. This was very irritating. The basin was in a bad shape. The breakfast was limited in variety but it was good and OK for me. The breakfast area was in a very bad shape, chairs and tables in a very poor condition. Some renovation work was going on at the place, I hope they can make a good reception area. Overall my experience was good and it is definitely a value for money given.
The location of this hotel is very good, in a posh area. The food provided by the hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly. Room service is excellent and the prices are also affordable.
It’s situated in one of the most posh localities in Pune. Hotel Bel Air is a very decent hotel for the money. Though the hotel looks really good in the pictures, it really doesn't look that good in reality. The place lacks cleanliness, and the hotel staff doesn't do anything about it at all, even after we complaining at least four to five times. We didn't have the hotel food even once, so can't comment on that, as there are a lot of eating joints in a radius of 50 meters from this hotel! The hotel even has a kitchen with microwave and utensils so you can cook what you want. On the whole, I'd give it three stars on a scale of five.
overall good place, most interesting part is in restaurant goan style atmosphere is created, with sand... antique furnitures, waiters dressed with unique shirts
