Top Reviews of Bella Vista
We were a group of 5 elders and 3 children, ranging from 4 years to 65 years, and we stayed in bella vista for 3 days and 2 nights. This place is serene and beautiful with 6 rooms, nice lounge and a garden, located away from the crowded Ooty, yet close to all sight seeing places. Places around bella vista were really peaceful and everyday we took a pleasant walk in the morning and had a hot cup of masala tea from a old lady's tea shop; their garden was pretty nice too, it was very clean, but had a wilder look in it; there were 2 'jula's and provision was available for badmintton too. Rooms in bella vista were pretty comfortable and spotlessly clean. We peaked into their kitchen too; things were neatly arranged and was very clean. The best thing about bella vista was its food; food was simple and home made but, quality and taste were really excellent; there is no restriction on quantity too; there is a cook staying over there and she cooks according to your requirement; so no worries if you are travelling with small children or elders. One 11 year old fussy eater in our group commented that she could not wait for the dinner time to come and that says it all about bella vista's food. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home; all of them speak English too. Bella vista is a proper 'home stay' in its real sense. We really had a very comfortable and peaceful stay there and I strongly recommend this place for everyone who is looking for a relaxed and peaceful holiday in a homely atmosphere.

The visit to Kunnur was good and the hotel stay was comfortable with family for relaxation. The location of the hotel was convenient. The appearance of the hotel was looking good. No delay in check in and checkout process, The food quality and taste were good. Indoor activities were available. The room stay was comfortable spacious, neat and clean with all basic amenities was provided. I would like to recommend the hotel to other travellers and the stay was value for money.
Bella vista is an old british style cottage in Coonoor, just 3 kms from the coonoor town. The property itself is small with 6 bed rooms with each room rented out to customers. We were lucky to be the only one's in the resort during our visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a small but beautiful garden outside and my daughter spent most of her time playing on the grass. The view outside is also good. But the thing that stands out is the food. It was absolutely great and I would go to the extent of saying that it was the best food I have had in any resort/hotel I visited. You can choose what you want for bfast/lunch/dinner and it is made with a homely touch. The sightseeing options in coonoor are too far away. I would surely recommend it to people looking for a decent place to stay within a moderate budget.
The overall experience at Bella Vista was awesome to say the least. The food was close to home-made stuff that you could get. The rooms were very well maintained.
