Hotel Review of Lotus Suites
Comments: Overall experience was good & enjoyed the break with the family
Best Experience: one of the few resorts which can claim to be a 2 min walk to sea shore. Resort as good setup & rooms are well furnished & maintained. Beach is clean & not crowded. Couple of shacks offering local cussine.
Worst Experience: Food was below avg & service of the rooms as just avg. Cell phone network is a problem

The overall experience way just OK. No value for money. We went for a vacation but came back short of one. We got down at Madgaon and took a taxi to the resort. All along we strained our necks to get a glimpse of the scenes we have reviewed over the web. As we neared there was no gate! A level crossing opened and our cabbie was let in. It is a great apartment hotel. The apartment has an outer sitting room with a well-equipped kitchenette and an inner double-bed room both of which are air-conditioned and have separate cooling controls. The outer sitting room has a double sofa-cum-bed which sleeps two additional persons. It is a very comfortable place for a family of four. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THE RESORT IS APPOX. 20 TO 25 MINUTES AWAY FROM MARGAO STATION. THE LOCATION OF THE RESORT IS IDEAL BEING 5 MINUTES FROM THE FAMOUS BENAULIM BEACH. The resort is really nice with good hotel staff except for the restaurant people where we had a really bad experience. We ordered our food at 09.00 pm and we got our dinner at 10.45! The restaurant staff is also rude; there is no F&B Manager out there. The rooms are good and the house keeping staff is also very nice. It’s a great experience....

I had a dream holiday at the Lotus Suites, Benaulim. The room was impeccable and so was the ambience and service. The beach was real clean and great to visit. I was sad to leave the place and wished I could have stayed much longer....
