Comments: Hello readers, I must tell you the experience I had staying and conversing with royal palm resort. It was the worst experience i ever had in my life. Its the worst experience and worst people i ever met. Specialy the manager at hathi mahal who spoke to us was so rude as if they obliged us giving us a room there. the worst ever room i stayed in my holiday. It just spoils your holiday rather then taking some good memories. the room and the place itself stinks.
Worst Experience: the people at the dest including manager just does not know how to treat the guests and talk to them. one should never become a member or never think of going there.

well overall experience was fine,but would like to stay somewhere else next time.entry of resort should be improved.guests should not be made to stay in areas where construction is going.good swimming pool.nice leisure activities.taxi rates are costly than what is available just outside.room service o.k.,just didnt tried much.restraunt needs much to improve.just casual food.no variety.at meal times no proper naans & rotis.rooms fine.kitchen facility available excellent.helpful if with kids & oldies.sofas in living room needs improvement.beds also needs change.but still...

The overall experience was bad. The stay was free as it was a promotional package.But we have to pay 3000 as booking charges. The rooms were clean but everything there was age old. The upholstery of the sofa-cum-bed was worn out. Staying there made us feel that its a free holiday so don't expect anything. The room service and food was horrible it was a complete waste of money. We recently had a week long package booked through Thomson in the UK. Generally a very good holiday. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and resonably comfortable. The pool and poolside area are very good. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Benaulim is an excellent place to be based. Not over developed (yet!), not messed up with garbage (unlke nearby Colva) and the beach with its shacks, clean soft sands and clean warm safe sea is wonderful. The weather...

I went with my wife & two children ( 5 yr & other 8 months infant ) with my friend, his wife & his daughter. We had booked 2 One Bed Room Apt. and were placed next door ( based on our request ). We were at 3 rd Floor ( no lift ) but good views compensated daily exercise of climbing stairs ! Rooms were neat & clean with good kitchen amenties for cooking ( specially for my infant....

We (me and my husband) have just returned from a week long stay (Dec 9th - 16th) at the royal palms resort in goa . Believe me, this was the best vacation we have ever had. We stayed in a T1 apartment that has one living area with a mini kitchen and a bedroom. The kitchen is really handy as you can cook your own breafast/dinner. We were at Royal Goan Beach Club resort last month for 4 days 3 nights. Experience was good, resort was about 10 mins walk from Benaulim beach and 7kms from Magao railway station. Best part was benaulim beach is not a very crowded one so one can spend lot of time enjoying the scenic view of the sea. Resort was neat and clean.
