My visit to this hotel was in the month of August 2016. Destination was very good. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was average. Appearance of the hotel was average from interior and exterior. Check in check out was done on time. Staff were cooperative and friendly. Service was on time and was average. Room was neat and clean. All amenities were available with working condition. No Wi-Fi facility available in the hotel. Food was below average in quality and quantity. No activities were held at the hotel. No parking facility in the hotel. Service and food to be improved.
We stayed there in the month of February, 2015. Lodging had masterminded the auto for our exchanges. Room was with cutting edge civilities and with bathtub. Every single strong facilities accessible at your end. Bengal lodge was additionally great however minimal immoderate than outside. Breakfast was generally accessible and delectable. Eatery staff are likewise strong yet did not take after said menu. In the event that menu thing not accessible, they made other for you, so at any rate you will upbeat toward the end. No real way to grumble, general great sit tight.
Reaching Auberge from Railway Station is a claiming in itself as you accept to ask from at least 10 altered bounded bodies and none of them can acquaint you the exact area (they alone accomplish guesses). Tip: Ask about Police Station of Chhipi Tola instead of this Auberge and from there it's adjacent so assuredly you can get the Hotel. The accuse of auberge are at par with added acceptable hotels of Agra but in comparison, casework provided were basal and not up to the mark. Hotel Staff was as well non admiring and non-courteous. Apartments were not able-bodied maintained and clamminess on walls of allowance can be observed. We appointed two apartments abutting to anniversary added and empiric clamminess on walls of both the rooms. In the coldest ages of January, Geyser of one of the apartment was not working. One Washroom area Geyser was functioning. Other check is parking is central the Auberge and in an accidental manner. It became alarming assignment to ability to the allowance as it was on Ground Floor due to cars anchored in the Warenda alfresco our rooms. We didn't like it and had lot of discomforts during our stay.
It's a small hotel located in the Chhipi Tola area of Agra which is not so advanced and lacks in almost every front. Reaching hotel from Railway Station is challenge in itself as you have to ask from at least 10 different local persons and none of them can tell you exact location (they only make guesses). Tip: Ask about Police Station of Chhipi Tola instead of this Hotel and from there it's nearby so finally you can reach the Hotel. The charges of hotel are at par with other good hotels of Agra but in comparison, services provided were minimal and not up to the mark. Hotel Staff was also non supportive and non-courteous. Rooms were not well maintained and dampness on walls of room can be observed. We booked two rooms adjoining to each other and observed dampness on walls of both the rooms. In the coldest month of January, Geyser of one of the rooms was also not functioning and all the family members have to take shower in One Washroom where Geyser was functioning. Other drawback is parking is inside the Hotel and in a haphazard manner. It became troublesome task to reach to the Room as it was on Ground Floor due to cars parked in the Warenda outside our rooms.
In the month of december I visited agra. Stayed there at Bengal Lodge, Hotel with my family. The lodge was well-maintained although looks were not to great but adequate for a budget hotel. Service of the hotel was also very good not much friendly but truly professional. Rooms were clean and sanitised but water in the bathroom was very cold. They should have provided geyser facility but they told me hot water comes only at 8 am in morning. So thats little bad. Overall, it was nice trip. Loved it, go to this lodge if you want good hotel within budget.

A decent hotel in Agra for single travellers. Good location with good connectivity. Room condition was nice and clean with average looking interior, bathroom was a little messy. Staff were helpful, but service was very poor. Food was below average and needs improvement.
Lodge was average. Food was average. Lodge was located at convenient place. It was my personal work visit. Lodge staff service was okay-okay. Room was good. About transport facility I am not sure because I did not require it. Car parking space was present there. Appearance of the lodge was normal. I booked it directly on my arrival. Agra place is beautiful destination. I belong from Ajmer.
Hotel was not that good. Booking was done directly in the hotel. Staff was good. Food quality was worst. Hotel was located in the market. Location was bad. Service and rooms were poor. Outer appearance was not good. Front office staff was poor. Agra as a place was excellent.
