WHY ARE RESORT TARIFF SO EXPENSIVE IN KUMMARAKKOM TO INDIAN VISITORS.

hi ,we are two families with 3 children below 7 yrs going to kerala for 6days ,planning to stay at kumarakom for 2 nights 3 days ,pls suggest some good hotels in the range of 5000 rs per night,let us know about the weather as well , thanx.
