Best Experience: Front office guys are very caring with prompt service

Worst Experience: No bad experience

The hotel itself is good but I think the staff at the front desk are not honest. I asked them for a single room. One of them said its about Rs 550 and another person butted in saying there are no single rooms. He also told me that the rate for single rooms and double rooms are the same. The next day when I was at the front desk to make some enquiries, I saw one quest asking for a single room and I saw the staff at the front desk processing his request. They were not honest with me. If for some reason they think the single rooms are not suitable, they should have told me. Otherwise I have no complaints about this hotel.

Best Experience: The room service boys were very efficient. Only stayed two nioghts and I was out most of the time. Dont have much to say about \'the best experience\'

Worst Experience: I would like to point out one thing. The hot water service is from 7am to 2pm only. It was rather cold in bangalore. If one is coming back to the hotel late in the night and have to take a shower, there\'s no choice but to take a cold shower. Maybe they can improve on this
