The amount of money you have to pay for staying at Hotel Bhagwati at Udaipur can easily get you another hotel with better facilities and in better location. I stayed at that hotel at the moderate charge that with little more can give you much better hospitality and comfort. Even in winter there is no geyser for hot water particularly for kids. Always the owner cries for electric bill as if the other hotels are not paying electric bill. No plug point in most of the room at suitable place for charging mobile, laptop, no WiFi connection. But they supply some what water boiling with wood in the morning that takes some time and spoil the morning who wants to visit some places early in the morning. It is a typical old house without any modification. For families, it is better to avoid unless there is scarcity as it is not very cheap that one has to sacrifice the basic minimum need on tour.
I stayed at the Bhagwati Hotel with five companions for a weekend outing to Udaipur amid our semester abroad. The Bhagwati Hotel has clean rooms and bathrooms, galleries on the upstairs rooms, and in particular, a stunning staff! They were so kind to us and helped us with all that we required and any inquiries we had about Udaipur. The area is incredible in light of the fact that it is right opposite Gulab Bagh, a HUGE and delightful park, which was extraordinary for running and strolling. It's additionally a really focal area and we strolled to and from numerous attractions (it is likewise inside of strolling separation to the transport station). I would certainly prescribe this spot to other individuals, and it's a disgrace that more individuals don't think about it in light of the fact that it is genuinely a diamond. Area is incredible in light of the fact that its privilege opposite the Gulab Bagh. It's a well known park that has amazing trees. I woke up numerous a morning to go stroll around. They have rose greenhouses and a decent old library. Make certain to go at 6 am however, it's hot. Likewise, Lake Pichola waterfront is around a 15 moment leave. Try not to let a rickshaw take you all around. In the event that you truly need to ride then pay Rs. 40 to get to Gangaur Ghat. Generally speaking, I am so upbeat I invested my energy here. The proprietor, Vinod is to a great degree pleasant and will help you with everything that he can. Genuinely great individual.
Superb stay in udaipur. I stayed there recently in oct 2014. I can say with authority this is the best place to stay in Udaipur. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Tariff was also affordable. Highly recommended for budget travelers.
I have visited hotel Bhagwati on My birthday last week. The food quality was superb and services were great. But the weak point was it was located on complicated area! Rest was ok. The rooms were very neat and clean and yes staff were very co-operative and polite. Overall, I enjoyed my birthday!
