Hotel Review of Jungle Lodges Galibore Fishing & Nature Camp
Comments: Galibore Fishing camp was a very good 'live with nature' experience- good campus with very good tents, chimney lights, homely food with basic facilities. The fishing experience was good. The children really could catch a fish. Lot of professional anglers around. Interaction with them was different. The barbecue in the night was great. The trekking in the morning was a wonderful experience. The best part was that jungle lodges has made sure that natural environment was not spoilt with bright lights or posh amenities.
Best Experience: For adults - relaxation in peace.
For children - the giant hammock
Worst Experience: The drive to the resort. Very bad roads or no roads. Suitable for 4 wheel drives.

Great!!! It's a wonderful place to be in. I was here for 2 nights and after coming back I am feeling that I should have stayed 2-3 days more!!! This is a place for serious angling person or one who wants to sit back,relax and enjoy the nature. One who wants to listen to the songs which are played by the river+birds+trees........

The beauty of any trip is in looking forward to it, without actually knowing fully about how it looks! You expect some sophistication and you are bowled over by the simplicity. What floored me was that this place was in Bangalore district itself, within easy reach anytime I wanted, yet it took me till now to experience the beauty of the place. I went with my colleagues and we booked the whole lodge. We hired an adventure activity organization and they organized many outbound activities in and around the area. We found the food very delicious. The service was excellent. Sound of Cauvery which flows nearby is amazing....

Hotel Review of Jungle Lodges Galibore Fishing & Nature Camp
Great location in terms of access from Bangalore. Yet truly wild and set in the jungle, on the river banks. We went in our 4WD and had great fun, offroading along the way. You can go coracle riding, proffessional or fun angling or just swim in the river with life jackets on. (Never swim unattended, as the area is notorious for drowning deaths). Service & food is simple, but efficient....
