Well this is an RTDC hotel ..... It is maintained very well and we did enjoy the time spent in this place . This place has nice rooms and serves good food . No regrets or no bad experience in this place .

My experience about staying at Dhola Maru was great. Food was excellent. rooms were big enough and i lkde their services as well as . Rooms were tastfully decorated.

"Nice experience"

Overall experience at this hotel was excellent. Room was quite spacious and warm though outside it was very cold in January. Large bed with good Rajasthani bed cover. Bathroom was very neat and clean with good design. Only the basin had a crack in the middle. But hot water was available 24 hours. Cable TV in room. Overall good hotel for a family to enjoy the sights of Bikaner.

Best Experience: One best experience that I want to highlight is that on the day of departure our train was at 08.45 am in the morning and their BreakFast time was from 8.00 am. So we requested them if they can serve the B/F before 8.00 am, and they really did their best to serve the B/F by 8.00 am so that we could leave for the station by good time.

Worst Experience: No bad experience as such.

Budget Hotel. Good location, good complex, good rooms and facilities, neat and clean rooms, bedding and linen. Reasonably good food. Courteous and helpful management and staff.

Best Experience: They were quick to resolve the mistaken over-billing. They had mistakenly housed us in an AC Room while we had booked for non-AC accommodation. We thought that they had fallen short of non-AC accommodation and knew that the AC would not be used in the prevailing foggy winter. But when we protested about the billing for AC Room, they were quick to admit mistake and resolve the matter amicably.

Worst Experience: They mistakenly housed in AC Room when we had booked non-AC Room. We thought that perhaps they have fallen short of accommodation and gave this room as alternative knowing that AC would anyway not be used in foggy winter days. However, chaos prevailed when they presented the bill. The matter was resolved amicably with some difficulty. They also overlooked to advise us that breakfast was included in the tariff, and even did not offer bed tea.
