Location and ambiance great. But since it had been only 2 weeks since the Australian Log huts had been opened for its guests service is yet to pick up. Besides since the Mahindra jeeps are the only mode of connection to the main Hotel down, I think back to back jeep service should be available for the guests....

Away from the maddening crowds.Property is u shaped.In the mornings with a cup of tea in hand it feels nature is the orchestra and we are the audience.It rained in the nite along with lighting and thundering it felt we were watching nature's new show.One bk was large with all amenties....

Its an excellent resort for a perfect vaccation with only one drawback that is, its proximity to the road , resort is actually adjacent to the main road and vehicular noise and pollution is very irrtating....

Since the resort is located right on the Almora-Bageswar road,the noise and dust from the passing vehicles are irritants.The a-la-carte menu is rather limited and the buffets are not very imaginative.The resort would do well to add a swimming pool.The resort is located on a very small piece of land....

The place itself is quite difficult and tiring to reach, specially if you have taken the road from Delhi. I'd suggest taking the train upto Kathgodam and taking a cab from there. But once there you tend to forget all the aches and wish to venture out immediately. The place is cold specially during winters with night temperatures falling below zero degrees and it would be good idea to carry lots of woollens. The air though is crisp and one...
