Bishunpur

Bishunpur block is bordered by the Ghagra and Chainpur blocks on its eastern and southern sides respectively. There is a large settlement of tribal communities in this block, namely Asur, Brijiya, Korwa and Birhor. These tribal people are engaged in farming and producing kharif. This region also has rich deposits of bauxite and is popular for tourist spots like Panch Pandav Pahar and Netarhat.
