Bitter experience,very poor room service,sufficient staff not there to take care of customers.

"Very Good Vacation and overall..."

Very Good Vacation and overall MTDC hotels are good some little service problems but peoples are nice, neat and clean rooms and background in short GOOD........

Worst Experience: I call for Towels but I get that after 12 hour....

"The Resort overlooks the valley..."

The Resort overlooks the valley and the view is fantastic. However, not all rooms are open to the valley due to full grown trees near the fencing. The place - Chikhaldhara is scenic and beautiful for a quiet holiday.

Best Experience: We practically stayed in the \'Clouds\' during our stay !

Worst Experience: The nearest petrol pump is 30 kms away.
