Excellent room! Servicing staff was really good and overall services were on time. Location wise, the hotel was very close to the bus stand and also at walking distance from the market. Overall, my experience there was fantastic. Food facility was available there and it was very nice. Non-veg varieties were also available there. I liked the Chicken Do Pyaza recipe very much there. Price wise, the food was reasonable. Inner and outer look of the hotel was well-maintained. Rooms were mostly decorated with wooden and I liked it. Kanchenjunga view was visible from the room and it was superb. Clock tower was available in the surrounding of the hotel. Hot water facility was available there. I liked the services of manager in this hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor. Atmosphere of the room was fantastic. Washroom was also well furnished. Nothing was available in activities. They arranged cab facility for sightseeing trip. Darjeeling as a destination place is fantastic for travellers. I visited there with my family in the month of August 2012. No suggestion for hotel improvement is required there. I am totally satisfied with this hotel. Money spend there was valuable. I would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Hotel Broadway near BSNL Telephone Exchange at Gandhi road near club side taxi stand is a convenient accommodation for camping for Darjeeling tourists. It is in the city centre itself and is close to important landmarks namely railway station taxi stand police station etc. The rates & charges vary from Rs/- 750 onwards and we can select any convenient rom. I selected a room for Rs/-1300/- per day and camped there for two days. The booking of room was through internet via Yatra.com. There was no difficulty at any point. The check-in time is 12:00 am & check-out next day 12:00 am. An old man aged 75 is manning the reception counter & he is very punctual prompt & sincere. A restaurant is also working along the hotel & the suppliers are very co-operative. Roti chawal, fish curry, subji were readily available. All south Indians food items are readily available there. The rates & charges are also moderate. The rooms & surroundings are very neat & prompt response was received from the room boys. Besides another hotel is also working by the side of the hotel. Two days camp in the hotel ( 28/9/15 & 29/9/15) was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel for camping for darjeeling tourists.

The check-in and checkout process was done on time. There was no delay in the same. The room was clean, well maintained, spacious and cosy. TV, AC and geyser in the room were in working condition. Hot and cold water facility was provided in the room. The food quality was excellent and it was reasonably priced. There were no activities in the hotel. It was a relaxation trip. I had visited with my family. The hotel was value for money. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Though a steep walk from Mall to Broadway Hotel Annexe but its proximity to St Paul\'s makes it worth staying.
Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms. Very good location which facilitated transport and shopping at malls very easily since it was at the centre of everything. One day we went on one side to zoo, tea gardens, rope car etc. and next day other side to all monasteries, batasia loop etc. Plan for at least minimum 4 days in correct season time to have a relaxed holiday as we were only for 2 days we missed a lot. Well maintained clean rooms with good carts and beds. Very good washrooms. Can have a fantastic balcony view. Good food. Notable hospitality. ATMs were nearby which helped a lot. If Darjeeling is your dream tour stay must be good which will be assured by Broadway. If I visit again I'll definitely see missed ones like tiger hill as it was raining.
