CAG Pride Hotel Reviews

CAG Pride definitely lives up to the excellent reviews in HolidayIQ. Everything from my email reservation request being promptly confirmed by SMS, taxi pickup request at railway station, check-in/out, housekeeping, etc were smooth. And don\'t let the hotel facade fool u; the rooms are very comfortable, and the service warm.

Best Experience: Upon check-in (at 7am), they didn\'t have the deluxe room that I had reserved, so, they provided me with an executive room, which had almost all the basic luxury facilities that one would expect from a 4 star hotel (incl wi-fi, mini-bar, power shower, etc). Pity I had to check-out the same evening that I checked-in!

Worst Experience: No bad experiences, but just some limitations - being very close to the town bus stand, during rush hour, the bus honking noise disturbs you. I was wondering that if I had informed the reception that I was intending to check-out during the evening of the same day as i had checked-in, they would have allowed me to stay in the executive room (they changed my room to deluxe during noon).

FANTASTIC HOTEL . TRULY YOU CAN RELY ON ITS WEBSITE AND WHAT THEY MENTION ON IT ABOUT THEIR HOTEL.

Best Experience: WE ARRIVED AT 4.30 AM IN THE MORNING AND STILL THE WAY WE CHECKED IN WITH EASE AND QUITE FAST. THE ROOM VIEW WAS ALSO GREAT AND ROOM IS LOOKED AFTER VERY NICELY. THE SERVICE IS ALSO GOOD.

Worst Experience: NOTHING . INFACT WE HAD ONLY 7 HOURS STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
