Hotel Review of Chalston Beach Resort
Comments: An excellent value for money. Lovely room with fantastic view. Location is bang central to Calangute & Baga beaches, so one can easily walk down to both within 30mins. Lovely well maintained garden & swimming pool. Had a great time
Best Experience: Staff very friendly & eager to help
Worst Experience: not much of items on menu card though whatever we ordered was decent enough

It is located right on the beach in Calangute the queen of beaches in Goa. The hotel is a little away from main beach and the usual crowd and hustle bustle but not far away too, just a 5 min walk. It is located in Cobra vaddo, Calangute. You can enjoy the beach in relative privacy. It has an excellent open air restaurant which has regular entertainment events and well maintained gardens. A little swimming pool is available too....

The ambience & the location of the resort (adjecent to the beach) is simply beautiful. The resort is located in the center of the city & is easily accessable to all the places around. The quality of food is quiet decent. Worth staying there....

The location of the resort is awesome! Right on the shore of Baga beach, it's got a private entrance to the beach. And when you enter the beach, the stretch exactly in front of you is completely empty, I think it's private only for the resort tourists! So that's like a treat! The resort is situated in one of the best locations in Goa as it leads directly to the very famous Calangute Beach, but fortunately to the 'not crowded' part of the beach as the public entrance to the beach is quite a distance away from the resort's entrance to the beach. The location of the hotel is very good and the overall stay is value for money. However the behaviour of some of the staff was very rude and unfriendly. The owner - Chalston is a nice guy and thus the staff's poor behaviour was quite upsetting. Would still recommend the place as a stay and not look for some great service....
