Hotel Review of Goan Heritage, Hotel
Comments: The resort is just based on Calangute beach. You just walk out from rear gate and bang you are on the beach itself. As the beach is not very crowded, it just makes staying in this hotel worth while. Who cares about the hotel once on such a beautiful beach. I opted for just the room tarriff as this helped me plan my own schedule.
Best Experience: The swimmming pool and the gardens are very good. First floor Sea facing rooms are offering very good sea view. Very close to the calungate main market. You can get the bike,scooter or taxi at the hotel itself.
Worst Experience: Room service is neggligable. The staff is rude and treats guest like a burden. Food is most ordinary in every sense. Tarriff is on the higher side.

i needed a beach resort within affordable range and thats what i got it. a perfect beach resort isolated from the local crowd but in the centre of the beautiful calangute beach. being on the beach as well closer to the night life of the goa was wonderful i mean all the clubbing and shopping at mere 5 kms range a perfect resort....

Overall ok, but considering the amount they charge for the package doesn't commensurate with the standards. 2 half days' sight-seeing is not up to the mark. Specially the first day vehicle was pathetic....

The resorts is situated just on the sea beach. The sea view from the rooms was good. The swimming pool was also clean and properly maintained. Food was good and the rates were moderate. The front office was quite cooperative....

The resort overall is good but the front office (reservation staff) are the worst and most unfriendly people I have come across. They make your stay very uncomfortable. Rooms are basic and if you have already booked through an agent and reach there, you get the worst of rooms....
