Hotel Review of Nizmar Resort
Comments: We booked this hotel after checking it out on varios websites. The hotel itself is large & in a good location. The rooms are very spacious with a large sitting arrangement, TV, fridge, et al. Food is belw average. The hotel has a policy of booking corporates without checking the quality of people they are bringing into the hotel - because of this the clientele is so bad that you either have to stay within your room, or leave the hotel altogether to avoid them. At the time we were there, the management had booked almost 3/4th of the hotel to a company which sold products to small Indian farmers, & the hotel stay was a reward for their rural maharashrian agents most of whom had never been in a hotel in their lives, & had not the slightest idea of how to behave. No woman, Indian or European was willing to be in their vicinity. They jumped into the pool - fully clothed, in their dhotis. When they started their depredations, the rest of the residents,including us, & especially the foreigners, left the hotel. In our case, even though we had paid for meals, we preferred to eat outside to avoid these people. I have personally seen several ladies knocked out of their chairs when they rushed to the bar. (the company had announced a free drink each)
Best Experience: The room is very spacious.
Worst Experience: Oh man, the crowd are truly pathetic.

Hotel Review of Nizmar Resort
The staff were good. The rooms were clean. We were of the impression that the resort is close to beach. But, we cannot see the beach at all from the resort. It is a good 15-20 mins walk to the beach. We had buffet lunch and dinner, it was average. Breakfast was good....
