Hotel Review of Ronil Royale, The
Comments: This was our first time in Goa and we booked this hotel through makemytrip.com. Having read the reviews we felt that we were lucky to get a deal that we ended up getting. However we were in for a rude shock when we checked into the hotel as it was nowhere near to what we saw and read about on websites. Unclean Toilet, Dirty pool, frowning waiters all greeted us at the onset. Lack of generators meant that most of our time in our supposed to be A/C room was spent in a non A/C due to frequent power cuts. The worst part of all was the service level which was pathetically bad and the worst that we have ever had in our lives. The breakfast given as complimentary with the stay was simply awful which made us to eat out every morning. All in all I can conclude that this was the worst place that we stayed in on all my travel so far.
Best Experience: None
Worst Experience: Poor service in the restaurant by the waiters amounting to utter disrespect.
Lack of A/C and TV due to long power cuts in the vicinity.
