-> Problems with booking on the web -> Though 75% advance was paid, no receipt confirmation was sent -> Ambience: The place is set in trees, but the landscaping is really bad. -> Room: We wanted a basic room with no frills attached. What came along was broken ceiling. The had been enlarged. My guess is that the bathroom was broken and extended, the architect left the bathroom tiles as a decoration item in the room -> Zero Storage space -> Bathroom: Extremely cramped. Hardly...

Hotel Review of Villa Fatima Beach Resort
We stayed at the Villa Fatima beach resort for a few days this December. Our experience was very bad. The proprietor was pretty rude to us. He did not seem to care about the service being provided at all. The room was pretty sparse and badly kept. In fact, it seemed to badly need some repairs and some upkeep. The proprietor told us that the rooms are cleaned only once in three days. There were no cupboards to keep our stuff...
