The hotel was difficulty in reaching the hotel and there was no transportation by the hotel. The staffs were not friendly and professional. The internal and external appearance of the hotel was wonderful and the room was not clean and neat. There was a lake view from the room and with basic amenities provided by the hotel. There was swimming pool activities conducted and there was no delay in check in and check out procedure. I would like to recommend other travellers to visit the hotel and it is designation for the value for the money.
The hotel was conveniently located. It was far from the city. The staff there were friendly and hygienic. The appearance of the hotel was okay. The rooms were well maintained, neat as well as clean. The AC was not working, the TV also was not working. When we complained they got the AC to work but the TV just did not work. The food there was okay in quality as well as taste. No activities are provided by the hotel. The only best part of the hotel is the beautiful scenic view. They have no parking facility. I suggest that they have to improve on their overall facilities as well as services provided.
The hotels location is convenient but difficulty to find it. The services were good and staffs are excellent in services and very helpful. The room was well maintained, neat and clean kept. The ambience in the room was good in working conditions. The food was many in varieties in the menu which had good taste. Since it was a religious trip we didn?t participate in any activities. The complete destination was fine and the stay in the hotel was value for the money spent.

I had been to this hotel with my family in the month of January 2014. This hotel was convenient with very beautiful ambience. The staff and services at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooms provided to me were neat and clean well-maintained with functioning amenities. There was some delay in check-in due to some problem. There were no activities or sightseeing trips organized by the hotel. The food that the hotel provides was good but was bit expensive. The hotel was valuable for the money that I had spent and so I would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers. I would suggest the hotel to improve and arrange activities and sightseeing trips.
It was located conveniently. Behavior of the staff member was cordial. Hospitality of the hotel was very nice. Appearance of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were neat and clean and spacious. Outside view was available from the room window. All basic amenities were available like TV, AC, geyser, etc. Food was fantastic. Both varieties were available like veg and non-veg. I faced no problem during check in and check out process. Hotel was bit costly. Swimming pool and other activities were available. I traveled there with my family for relaxation in 2011. This hotel is recommendable for others.
The overall experience was very good. Great location in the centre of the town and the staff service was polite and friendly. The rooms were AC rooms. The rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. We had food in the hotel. This was a relaxation trip with family. There were no leisure activities. The destination was very scenic and great with full of greenery. I would like to recommend the hotel to others. I suggest that they should have a gym and spa.
The resort we visited is in God\'s own land, about 15 kilometres from Kollam - touching a lagoon. Upon entering the resort, our eyes were splashed by the beautiful landscaping - luscious green and tall trees, colourful flowering plants, various shrubs, winding paths leading to the cottages situated at various ground contours. A swimming pool and a spa centre constituted the health club. From the lawn just outside the cottages, one could relish the picturesque view of the densely-populated palm trees on the opposite side of the lagoon. One could see fish swimming in the lagoon!!! The resort itself was so peaceful and calm that we did not feel the need to go out for sight-seeing! If you love nature, this is the place. If nature is not your cup of tea, just go to Kollam resort and your perception will change. You will experience something that you have been missing all your life! The multicuisine restaurant catered tasty food with many varieties. The F and B manager served us as a real good host, preparing some typical vegetarian items of Kerala. Early morning yoga and pranayam on the lawn with the lagoon facing us was a life-time experience. Musical cooing of the birds sounded more melodious than any radio program! This was followed by tasty and nourishing breakfast on the lawn, with beautiful early morning sun-rays pleasantly coming on to you. Something we really enjoyed was relaxing after dinner in the same place, cool breeze pleasantly caressing our limbs and face, occasionally gazing star-lit sky! Incredible reflection of the sky in the lagoon added beauty to the environment. A lonely fisherman, rowing a boat in an attempt to win his daily bread was a sight we had never seen before. One unforgettable companion at this time was the electric kettle that the resort supplies in the cottages - along with tea-bags, coffee sachets etc. During the couple of hours spent there, we used to enjoy at least 3 to 4 cups of hot beverages. One may visit a nearby town in case some bakery items are fancied! Many mouth-watering fresh pastries and savouries (we loved tapioca products!) are available. Our visit to Kerala was a 40-year-old dream fulfilment! From Ahmedabad, we flew to Coimbatore, from where we hired a cab to Munar. Enjoying the hill resort for a couple of days, we proceeded to Thekkadi for a couple of days\' stay. In the same cab, we continued till Kottayam from where we caught an A/C train to Kollam. (Hoteliers booked the taxis for us - and the drivers were a true example of a gentleman!). One barrier was - language. Communication was a little difficult sometimes. However the civility and the humbleness of the Keralians made life very easy for us! The resort staff helped us with our railway booking (from Kollam) to Cochi - from where we were to fly back to Gujarat. In short, what we planned was a trip ACROSS Kerala (starting in the east and terminating in the west) so that we did not have to cross the State TWICE!
an ideal getaway from the cacophony of the city life. Set against the backdrop of serene and mesmerizing surroundings, this hotel offers lodging at affordable rates. The swimming pool and the ambiance of its multi cuisine restaurant rejuvenate the senses of the guests.
Its an amazing property and we really enjoyed a lot. The location is very good, food was good. Service is also good. Overall we had an excellent stay.
