Camp Noel Nature Resort Munnar is a secluded wilderness resort hotel that is inconveniently located high up in the clouds of the western ghats.. A luxuriously appointed front office lobby and library for your relaxation. food was awesome delicious fresh served... Great and comfortable with spacious place.. staff were friendly and very kind to us....

Munnar is one of the best place to visit in south.the hotel camp neol is a excellent hotel.I never felt so close to nature with all warmth and comfort of home with excellent food and room service.manager and staff were so helpful.it was a good experience......they made my trip memorable.

Being at such a good place like Munnar and paying the charges similar to a 5 star hotel for one night, their services made our experience Worst.

Worst Experience: They had only 2 people for service both for restro and rooms for such a big resort in the peak season. waited for food and other requirements for more than an hour. For the candle light dinner which was in our package, we waited for two hours after reaching the asked place. It was ridiculous.

We went at this place for Honeymoon and our overall experience was very bad. Despite the location and appearence of this resort being very good, there Room service was horrible. In brief, for 10 cottages spreaded in a large campus, in the peak season of December, they had only 2 people in total to serve at there restaurant and for room service. , phone lines were not working... no lights in washrooms. It was damn bad.

Worst Experience: About their other arrangements like candle light dinner, we had to wait for it more than 1.5 hrs after 8.30 PM and again we waited for the food and everything. It totally spoiled our mood and there was nothing that special iin the arrangements which they couldn\'t do in the day time. waited for taxi o n the road for more than 1 hour.

simply outstanding place for it is definitly gods own country it is mind blowing the hotel was amazing and so was the staff and room service wa more than prompt the rooms were quite spacious and very nice running hot water bath tub the room was quite comfortable
