Hotel Review of Phoenix Park Inn Resort
Comments: The Food was good, it can be classified as a city hotel. The sea is quite far and the resort is more like a housing complex.
Best Experience: The hotel staff was good. The Buffet food served was also very good.
The room was big and spacious, so are the bath rooms
Worst Experience: 1. Centrally Controlled A/c Rooms, you donot have the option to change the temperature yourself.
2. Room service was as good as not available, since it was the one of the slowest I had come across.
3. It is like a housing complex.

Hotel Review of Phoenix Park Inn Resort
We checked in at the hotel and were suprised to know that even though the rooms were on the second and third floor there were no lifts. Further, the activities room is on the top floor (third floor) and also it wasnt orgainsed well. The food was generally not great for the first 1 1/2 days. However, after we had complianed it became better and to our surprise they arranged us an eggless cake on our anniversay day for free....

Hotel Review of Phoenix Park Inn Resort
The resort itself had a very pleasant look to it. The staff at the reception were very courteous inspite of the hotel being full, they attended to customers very well. The beach is about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the resort. Our package included sightseeing and it was all very well arranged. The food to our surprise was not upto the mark. This resort being a part of the Sarovar Park Plaza Group , one would definitely not...

Overall it was a nice experience. The room at this price is good and the food was good too. However not much effort was taken to have an ample and hot buffet. Eatables were less and cold. Service was average. The pool though small is inviting and kept clean all the time. They provide a coffe and tea maker in the room which is good....

Overall good, had a great time on my anniversary at the resort and with good personalised service and attention at the resort. The location is brilliant as it is at a walking distance from the Candolim Beach and also fairly close to the hot spots like Calangute & Baga Beach. It made us very accessible to North Part of Goa as well as to Panjim...

We visited Phoenix Park in the middle of Monsoon. With off-season on, the quality of service to the few guests was excellent. Buffet meals at Geoffrey’s were excellent and very economically priced. Pool was maintained very well even in the rains....

I had a very good experience of staying at this resort. Resort was nice and had all the facilities required for a nice and relax stay. They were able to give me and my wife best services. Even the food facility was very good and the taste was also very good. I would always recommend this hotel to all my friends....
