Best Experience: the trip to plantation and the cultural show was awesome!
Worst Experience: the place was far away from the periyar nationalpark. we missed the whole activity.

Carmelia Haven is 4 km from the town centre. It is 150 km away from Madurai Airport and the nearest railhead is at Kottayam, which is 134 km away. The resort provides sightseeing packages to the tourists. On request, guests are also provided with plantation visits.

The resort covers an area of 55 acres. There are 30 rooms in the resort, which are classified as Cottages, Tree Houses, Suite Rooms, Standard rooms and Cave Rooms. Amenities provided by Carmelia Haven are Doctor on call, Travel desk, Swimming pool, Conference hall, Gymnasium, Health club, Car parking and Laundry service.
