I have stayed in this hotel and from my experience this is a very neat hotel with friendly staff always ready to serve your requests. This hotel is very conveniently located and serves free breakfast. Rooms are cleaned everyday and bed sheets are changed without any request to the housekeeping staff. Food served in the restaurant is tasty with a variety of options. Even if time is up, the staff in the hotel are always ready to serve food. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to choose a budget hotel for short stays.
The destination of the hotel was excellent. Everything was excellent in the hotel. I had visited this hotel with my group. The parking facility was available at the hotel. There was no problem in check in and hotel. The behaviour of staff was good. The service was provided on time. The allotted room was spacious with clean and tidy. The room was excellent in the hotel. AC, TV, fan and geyser was provided in the room. I had taken food from the hotel. The food was good in the hotel. I didn't use activity in the hotel. I don't have any suggestion for this hotel.
We were on our second honeymoon trip and luckily got the rooms in Cauvery Hotel near busstop. It was an blessing in disguise as it was in center we had easy access to all shops . We were on bike so we do not know about conveyance in this location. But we were on a wrong time as it was may end but there was no sing of rain. Best monts to visit would be after rainy season that is October to Jan. Worst season would be from March to Jun 2nd week. And dont ever go in rainy season it would be very difficult to drive and go out as there is a leaches problem almost every place except city. Coming to hotel it was clean and tidy. Ambiance is good, Staff are also cooperative and soft. Our request were attended soon. About food we did not had there so unable to comment on that. You can check the sites for near by places before planning there. I got all the info for the places near by. Tadiandamol is bit risky on two wheelers that too in rainy season. Better trek or take some local transport. This is one good hotel i would recommend when your are not going for a home stay. Still in and around all hotels charge almost same charge. But this would be good and there is parking facility and safety also.
It was Nice to stay there in the Caveri. Nice view from the room and additional point is pleasant weather. Trust me had an experience of a life time. From the time we checked in ..there was absolutely nothing to complain about. best place for couple who want an isolated place far away from the city and spend some time togetehr without any other intervention comfortable stay in the room, centraly located resort, easy accessibility for transport and marketing, nice view. Went to Raja seat and enjoyed the toy train also.. nice
We had gone on a 3 day trip to Coorg (Madikeri). The hotel was nice and comfortable and most of all located right near the main road. The main bus stand is barely a km away and we can even walk to the bus stand. But most buses going towards Kushalnagar, Mysore or Bangalore pass by this route and stop very close to the hotel. You can also get autos from here. The room had only the basic amenities (cot, chair, TV...). But it was pretty neat and comfortable. The TV had quite a few channels. They provided free mineral water bottles and cleaned the room every day. The staff was very good and helpful. They gave us extra pillows and even brought in a portable room heater when requested. The restaurant was pretty basic. On all the three days, we never saw any other guests in the restaurant. Breakfast is complimentary, but had very limited choices - Dosa / Idly or omelette. The breakfast was just OK. But Dinner was pretty decent. We had rotis with some subjis. The roti was well cooked and the subji was very good. They can have few other amenities like a TT table, billiards etc. Overall it is a nice place to stay, especially when you are just looking for a place to stay and then go around the region, sightseeing
