Chamba, also known as the Ravi valley is 48 kms away from Dhanaulti and is at a height of around 1676 mts. Being at a substantial height, it offers a panoramic view of the Himalayas and Bhagirathi valley. This is reached from Dhanaulti along the Mussoorie-Chamba highway. There are buses that ply in this route and the tourists can also hire cars to reach this place. Along the route to Chamba, there are apple trees which constitute to the fruit belt in Garhwal region.
