The Chambal Gardens is located at Amar Niwas, on the banks of the Chambal River, two kilometres south of the Kota Fort. The park spans a huge area and is meant for both kids and adults. Owing to its landscaped garden and picturesque setting, it is considered to be an ideal picnic spot.

At the centre of the garden, there is a pond that houses some crocodiles and a suspension bridge overhead. Gharials can be seen in this pond. Boat rides can be taken in the pond.

"Pleasant spot"

Cambial Garden, a beautiful garden in the backdrop of Cambial river, is a much sought picnic spot in Kota. The garden located at Amar Niwas on the landscape of Cambial river encloses a well maintained pond, a habitat for crocodiles.
A suspension bridge facilitating the crossing of the bridge is very attractive. It is a park for children and adults. The plenty of playing field in the park make this place a weekend destination for families. Boat riding in the pond offers exciting moments for the visitors.

"Nice one for peace lovers"

  • 5.5/7
  • Posted Feb 11, 2016
I went to the Chambal Garden with my friends. I visited it during the time of sunset. It is a very calm place and a good one for peace lovers. It does offers a good view of the sunset but does not have any big attraction. The only thing that it should be visited for is its silence. And ya don't forget the boat ride.

"Very good place in Kota"

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted Feb 5, 2016
The Chambal Garden is located in Southeastern Rajasthan, India on the banks of the Chambal River in the town of Kota. The garden draws large number of couples. The garden has also a toy train which gives the complete tour of the garden. The garden is a good place for persons who like boating and want to spend a quality time in solitariness. From my view it is best with family and friend.

"Well groomed garden"

The Chambal Garden is located in Southeastern Rajasthan, India on the banks of the Chambal River in the town of Kota (once part of the Rajput kingdom). The well-groomed garden's centerpiece is a pond replete with gharials, which used to house magars as well. The first traffic park of rajasthan in the Jawahar garden who situated attacked the Chambal Garden campus, a very good place for enjoying.
