over all experience was nice.hotel management was good and kind. food was fine and excellant.our stay was good.

Best Experience: best experience was that staff was verg goog.food was nice, room service was was fast. me and family enjoy stay there.

Worst Experience: only worst experience was that our for visit was wrong. i.e nov-2012

"Lonavala is a good place..."

Lonavala is a good place to spend \'one day\'. Echo point is the best there next to sunset point. Chikkis are tasty. Buy mixed chikki to enjoy different tastes. Bushy dam is okay, but worst roads to get near the dam. To take care of shoes, they charge 10rs and they charge 20rs for a temp footwear to walk in that water logged, muddy path, especially during rain. NEVER GO TO BUSHY DAM ON WEEKENDS. Youths whistle, dance and activities are unbearable.

Best Experience: Food in the restaurant of Chandralok hotel is good. Different variety, fast service, good taste.

Worst Experience: The rent Chandralok hotel charge us is too much because, it has no activity/no camp fire/ no recreation room. Nothing other than TV is available. Boring stay. You must go out to enjoy. Rooms are good but no bright lights. All dim lights. If you get back to room, you have to watch TV. Cant even read book as no proper light is available. Also not properly maintained (in my room, the door lock was not working, later they called up the carpenter to set it right).
