Charges according to room is quite unfare, 3-years back we went to the sam hotel and we had stay in the same category room. Now they have almost increase room rent 3 times but not worth according to room charges. For the same I\'ve some snapshot, you guyz can refer the same to get judge by your self.

Worst Experience: We had requested for AC remote that we haven\'t got it till we checkout.

It was apleasant stay. The location is great, the food was good and the place was clean. But the maintenance and service need to be better.

Best Experience: The food was good. A walk by the seaside was very enjoyable. It was very cold (26th & 27th Jan.) and we enjoyed the charcoal fire by our table in the dining balcony.

Worst Experience: The WC in the toilet was leaking, which was not sorted out even after a visit by the plumber. The room was not cleaned in spite of our instruction. This was indeed a busy weekend, but there needs to be better coordination for service.

my expericence with this hotel is very much memorable.the food quality is too good n the staff around is very decent an wel manered.over all a visit to b cherished for a long time.

Best Experience: the over all atmospher in the hotel is positive an very safe.

Worst Experience: nil.i dont think so any one will face worst experience here.

The Hotel is located in a good location, on the beach.

Worst Experience: There are cockroaches in the room, that comes out when you switch off the lights

The resort is located bang on the devka beach. but what can you do the beach itself is not so exciting.

Best Experience: The restaurant by the sea side is great. They have quite a wide of food available

Worst Experience: We had chosen this resort for the swimming pool. And we went to the pool we were told that the pool timing is over. and it must have been around 7pm. The staff told us that since some private party is arranged by the poolside and so the pool is not available till that time. Well...the party never happened. Moreover, if this was the case that this should have intimated to us at the front desk at the time of check-in. The next morning when we could actually clearly see the pool water it had muck in it. It looked as if it hasn\'t been cleaned for months
