Check-In was a real Pain due to this adamant South Indian guy, who would not give me my room keys on arrival before the hotels official check in time (12:30 PM). I arrived at the hotel at about 11:00 AM, was thirsty, hungry and tired. The sun was blazing hot outside & a tourist could only find relief in a room. The guy was adamant, I tried to convince him to let me check in a hour early and I would check out early as well, but this guy was a nut and dint understand. I asked for Water, which he completely neglected. There was no manager to report this issue, I wandered on the streets of Cochin in the Blistering heat for an hour as this guy would not let me in. Best Experience: The Breakfast was awesome here, I cannot forget the Hash Potatoes and Hash Tomatoes with Chichken Sausages and Toast butter. There were fruits, and juices. It was a satisfying breakfast.

Worst Experience: As mentioned earlier, the guy on the reception was not co-operative. I arrived at the reception desk hungry, thirsty and tired; and my concern went un-noticed and the hotel staff did not bother to understand the issue.
