The experience was satisfying.Though the hotel is situated at height and you have to traverse steep slope, you are satisfied when you reach the hotel. Complimentary pick up and drop service is also good and reliable.

"Ambiance could be improved"

Overall Nainitaal is nice place to visit. As chevron is heritage hotel, need to make more decorated with antiques kind of things.. rooms are ok, but some lack of decorations gets feel at there.

the location was beautifull, what a place, id go there every time i feel the need to relax, the food was very nice , it was fresh, the service was very warm, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean , so were the bathrooms. More
