Chikmagalur food, sight-seeing and shopping options
You can stay in Nature Nirvana homestay which is located in the BababudanGiri range of hills in a scenic location amidst Coffee plantations. Mullayangiri and BabaBudan Giri are a must visiting hills. Even in peak summer, these hills are cool with lot of greenery/vegeatation in the hills. If you reach the peak of the BB Hills, you will be in the clouds and that's an amazing experience. You will that you are in a dreams. You can buy Coffee from Chikmagalur.

Hotel Review of Serai The
Comments: One of the best holidays I've had. The resort is very nicely and tastefully made. Delicate planning has been done to give max effect on privacy, relaxation and comfirt to the guests. Beautiful surroundings with a small wift of coffee plants all around. Extremely helpful and accomodating staff. The resort offers a few activities, but is mainly for people who want to laze around either in the pool or in the surrounding estate area. NOthing adventurous, but then I had gone to laze around only.... who wants adventure when all you want to do is laze. Perfect setting
Best Experience: Each room has a private pool or a jacuzzi....excellent size room.....marvelous bathroom...outdoor shower area, indoor shower area and a large size bath tub. Food is also great, though they shuld get a better chef for their continental and oriental food. Indian and south Indian fare is great.
Worst Experience: Spa that they offer is a dampner, inexperienced staff offering only traditional oil massage. No ayurvedic/european/ thai style massage. The spa is the only black spot on the otherwise perfect resort experience. Not a value for money experience in the SPA.
