Chumbi Residency is a very good hotel . Rooms are ultra luxurious . beds were very comfortable. Its an expensive but very nice hotel.

Its a very good hotel. You can have a breathtaking views to gaze upon.Service is great there. Rooms are very nice . Even their food is delicious.

The hotel is situated just around the market. It looks like its hanging from the clifftop, which gives it an aura. The rooms give a view of the Kanchunjunga mountains, filled with snow which is a view to cherish. The rooms are very spacious with great ambience and cleanliness. They are well decorated and yet give you a feeling of homeliness and comfort. The hotel is centralized airconditioned and they even provide room heaters. They hotel's lobby and is elegantly decorated. The Chumbi Residency has the famous restaurant Tangerine which attracts customers of other hotels too. The restaurant is huge, with themeful decor of sofa seating, table arrangements as well as diwan style. Not only that, they have a balcony style eat out too. The food is simply delicious and the rates are reasonable too with a good quantity. My overall experience is the best that i can get. With services up to the best marks. I would recommend anybody going to Gangtok must stay in this hotel.

Best Experience: yummy food, great room service, amazing ambience

An average hotel, specially after our stay at Ghonday Village Resort, Kaluk, Sikkim.

Best Experience: Good food, with a dining area where you can sit with your legs folded and have authentic Sikkim food.

Worst Experience: They could not arrange for a visit to Tsangu Lake. The front office response was pathetic.

Over all experience was satisfactory. Very near to the mall, rooms were cozy but too tight for 2+2 with extra bed. View was scenic provided the rooms are on mountain side. Food was quite good in basement restaurant

Best Experience: Nothing much

Worst Experience: The climb from basement to above floor after sumptuous food was really painful. (small lift would help - older people)
