It is a very decent Hotel situated in East Nadakkavu and in Main City. From this hotel to railway station nearly 1 kilometers. Room service and maintained the room were very clean. Hot water available in all times. Veg and non veg food available upto 11. 00 pm. In reception peoples warm welcome. Parking facility is good.
Breakfast was too good, which was served for complimentary with more varieties, I don't have anything, which I can say bad. During our stay hotel staffs were very courteous, they were very caring and attentive to all my needs. The room tariff was around Rs. 2800 per day and room's accessories were very impressive, it was so spacious with eye-catching interior, neat and well maintained with clean pillows, bedspreads and blankets and they provided good working basic amenities and there was temple view from the room. It was centralized AC, located very convenient and hotel appearance were very good and the interior was very well maintained. No problem during check-in and check-out and there were no activities. I went here for official purpose in May 2014. I was satisfied, the hotel room tariff was value for money and it is recommendable to others.
The property is generally kept up and the area is great. The sustenance whether north indian or south indian, is truly great. The smorgasbord breakfast and the smorgasbord supper have numerous choices to be attempted. The staff at the front office, restaurant and the housekeeping are all really neighborly and supportive. I reveled in my 4 days' stay and might without a doubt want to stay at this spot on my future visits to Trivandrum. High temperature was curiously high for the season. We had picked this specific inn for the pool since we came as a crew. On the first day of our stay, it was completely shut the entire day for cleaning and regardless we would have not possessed the capacity to utilize the pool with a youngster since there is no shade whatsoever. Not by any means a parasol. On the most recent day, however a load up unmistakably demonstrates "opening time 6am", it was shut route past 7am for cleaning. After that, the pump kept on making an awful commotion, so we exited. Overall, the lodging staff is exceptionally useful, the rooms are fine for the size and breakfast is simply incredible. Useful for business excursions. Administration is generally well disposed and expert, however make sure on the off chance that you request the inn taxi, the driver gets the data of your end. Trivandrum taxis and tuk-tuk drivers are untrustworthy concerning the city learning.
I had a good experience at this hotel. I did not face any problem in finding this hotel. The hotel location was convenient. The appearance of the hotel was in modern look. I did not face any problem in this hotel. The service people were quite good and they were help full. The room was very specious and was good maintained. All the amenities were in a good working condition. The food was good in its quality and quantity. They also provided complimentary breakfast. They had many activities, but I did not opt for it. I did not find any problem in check-in and check-out. Overall my stay was worth for money and I would recommend this hotel for travellers.
Hotel is in heart of city. Good place for business and tourist purpose, very near to MG road and station. Good staff, good food and can have drink in your room too. Staff is always on your doorstep for your need. They have a small pool at roof to swim in 9th floor. Breakfast is very good. Room is very big and clean, must stay here for the best experience.
