The hotel give scenic view of tea estates and very pleasant to stay. Perfect location to stay if you really wanted take rest without roaming out much. Good ambience and service. The hotel is situated 20 kms away from the Munnar city, however you will enjoy staying here as it completely takes you away from the usual city traffic and pollution.

I had planned a Kerala tour in the month of December last year. The itinerary for the holiday basically consisted of Thekkady and Munnar followed by Kumarakom. As a club mahindra member, we decided to stay at the Club Mahindra Munnar. We were greeted in a very royal manner and offered a beautiful room. The room had a kitchenette and a spacious living room along with the bliss of beautiful views of the Anayirangal Dam. The Club Mahindra is situated in the midst of tea gardens situated on a slope.

The staff at the resort are very courteous and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and are eager to share their knowledge about the trees and different types of the flowers blooming in and around the resort. The food at the resort is fine. The resort's location at a distance of 20km from the Munnar city is the place which keeps it aside from the hustle. The resort provides a ground to lots of activities like trekking, rock climbing and many other interesting things. It has a plantation of its own where vegetables and fruits along with tea are grown.

The important thing I want to convey to the travellers is that they should book a vehicle from the taxi union just at the gate of the very resort. The travel desk at the resort charges exorbitant prices. Munnar has a lot of places to travel. The Anamalai Tiger Reserve, Eravikulam National Park, Top station and many beautiful areas. Munnar is about greenery and it is best explored by foot. So friends best of luck for Munnar explorations.

Excellent place to reside with nice views. It has better class rooms and facilities. But can improve in conducting more assistance to guests in organising activities. Stay and comfort is excellent. It has nice service and cuisine. Ideal place for couples and family in Munnar seeking for a comfort stay.

Probably among the best. Excellent amenities and beautifully maintained rooms. Many activities you can engage yourself with. Munnar is an amazing and unique destination as well. A delectable choice of food options as well. Would gladly recommend to all my friends.

Had a superb experience in Munnar, it was a tour South India, we were 3 couples and all loved this Club Mahindra Resort. Have been before to Club Mahindra Resorts as well and this one surely did not fail to impress us as usual. Nice location, ambiance is superb, spacious room, with all the modern amenities. Nice view from the room. Surrounded by greenery all around. Staff is professional and well-trained. Food is a bit off turn off. Though the in-house restaurant ambiance is nice, they should surely work on the food quality. Anyway still a recommendation based on my experience. Go for it...

We went there for honeymoon. It was a great stay at Club Mahindra Munnar. We enjoyed various activities in activity room. This is a good thing about it, that Club Mahindra has special activity room. Rooms are luxurious, everything is there in room. TV is there but very few channels are there on the cable and DVD player is there so that you can take DVDs from activity area and you can enjoy that. In the room, balcony is there so that we enjoyed view of tea garden from there. Staff is friendly with us housekeeping is very good. Food is expensive there and bad things is that restaurants are not available near the hotel. I would like to visit there again.

Went to Club Mahindra, Munnar with my wife for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The ride from Kochi airport to the resort takes time though the distance is only around 135km. The road is narrow and winding, and the resort is at an elevation of 5500ft approximately. There was some unseasonal rain around so, we were welcomed by clouds so it was literally like having our anniversary in the clouds.

The rooms were very nice, we had a studio apartment and the units are located at various heights so, there is a lovely view of tea plantations from all the rooms. The service at the resort is very fast and the restaurants there offers some excellent food. We opted for Apam and Nanda Kozhi curry (chicken curry Kerala style) for dinner and it turned out to be a great choice.

The next day we went around Munnar and the surrounding area sightseeing. The tea plantations were great to see and thanks to the rain everything was even more green and it was a wonderful sight. The next day we went on a wild life sightseeing trip. We went to the Chinar Wildlife Sanctuary where we saw some Indian Bison, Langurs. We then crossed over to Tamil Nadu to the Annamalai Tiger Reserve where unfortunately we did not see any tigers, but managed to see deer, wild boar, peacocks and on the way back saw elephants near the road.

Overall it was a great trip to Munnar and of course Club Manindra resort is really world class.

After 3 days at Munnar we proceeded to Thekkady again to Club Mahindra there. That is another story though.

It was great stay at Club Mahindra Munnar and given its a 6 rating out of 7, because of food was quite expensive and not having many option nearby otherwise I would have given 7 rating :). I had been there last year on 28th Sep-2014, it is one of the best place to stay in India. Location was amazing, front view was for dam and back view was hill with lots of clouds. For travelling in Munnar need our own vehicle is best option. The special feature there was activity centre, they arrange for events, small group tours, safari and many more. They have very good hospitality and services, staff behaviour was quite good.

Club Mahindra, Munnar must be one of their best properties. The resort is situated on the top of a small hillock and overlooks a small valley. The rooms are luxurious and very well maintained. They have ample parking facilities and also provide accommodation for the drivers. The restaurant in the resort is quite expensive. The only catch is that the resort is a little far from the Munnar town. Overall, an extremely pleasing experience.

A beautiful resort with large number of rooms. Not satisfied with the way it's built, too much of hill climbing inside the resort itself. Even though there is shuttle service, still not comforting walking within the resort, too many ups n downs. But overall, the resort is quite big and the food was great. As usual the room service is always too class.
