Staying at this hotel was overall an average kind of experience . Rooms were good and even the service was also nice but the food was a problem . Stuffs were great . Everything was fine apart form the food.

What a hotel it was in this beautiful hill station !!! their good hospitality really surprised me. Must come back once again on some winter season.

The location of the hotel was vey good, just a few minutes walking distance from the main centre place of the city. Had given a very good service for sight seeing.

Excellent food and service and location. Always felt like home and the staf is very decent and co-operative and helpful. The principle customer first I.E. \'ATITHI DEVO BHAVA\'.
In short INCREDIBLE INDIA.
Best Experience: Kiss the Kanchengunja from the valley window on a clear sky.
Worst Experience: TV position in room is awkward.
