"Overall, experience was excellent"

Posted 10 Jan

I had visited this hotel with my family for trip. I had booked the room by online. The overall, experience of the hotel was excellent. I was satisfied with this hotel stay. The room was very good. Service was on time. The check-in and check-out was on time at the hotel. The hotel building was modern. Swimming pool was not there in the hotel. There was no suggestion for this hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives. The money spent at the hotel was worth.

"Good Accommodation and Stay"

Posted 16 May

My visit to Kochi (Cochin) in the month of January 2017 and stayed in the Cochin Sea Port Hotel. It was my holiday trip with family. The destination Kochi (Cochin) was very good as it is comfortable to stay for couple. The hotel location was good with necessary availables at the nearest. The appearance of the hotel was good because it is clean and neat. The staff at the reception was very good because of 24/7 availability. I booked my room through online. The house keeping services in the hotel were very good but need to extend the availability. The rooms at the hotel were average. The food which was served in the hotel was good, we can have a large menu of items.

"Complete Satisfaction to your needs"

Posted 17 Dec, 2013

My First & Last Stay during the tour was at Hotel Sea Port, Cochin. All the 6 families & 8 kids enjoyed the stay at Hotel Sea Port, Cochin. Our children were very naughty, loud & mischievous & the staff could easily handle them. Served the Best food in our entire tour specially (Chinese style Brinjal, Bangkok fish in gravy & all the rest). No Question all the amenities mentioned are functional & up to date. My all stars to this hotel so much so that all the six families will undoubtedly stay at Hotel Sea Port, Cochin whenever we come to Cochin. Request to have branches & similar hospitality in other places around Kerala. We heartily THANK YOU, Hotel Sea Port, Cochin Management & Staff.

"Appearance was good"

Posted 30 Sep, 2016

I stayed in Cochin Sea Port Hotel. The destination of the hotel was very good. The location of the hotel was very good. The internal and external appearance of the hotel was good. The check-in and checkout was done on time. The service in the hotel was average. The room allotted to me was neat with all required amenities in working condition. The food served in the hotel was below average in quality and taste. I did not utilize any activities in the hotel.
