I can say without an iota of doubt in my mind that Park Hyatt is one of the most beautiful resorts of India. If you are looking for a goa experience of solitude and ultimate luxury,this is the place you are looking for!!. Even though one is far from the hustle bustle of North Goa ( and some of us go to Goa just for the experience of that REAL Goa )just lounging in the meandering pool with thrilling slides...

We visited this place with very high expectations- even cancelling our reservations at The Leela's resort as I've always experienced nothing but the best at Hyatts in the US. But overall, even though the location and the resort itself is one of the very best we've seen, we had a very poor experience at the Goa Hyatt. Service levels were abysmal and even rude- I'm not even sure if the staff in attendance were regulars as they lacked rudimentary manners....

I was greeted with a cheerful and smiling face, though I checked in close to mid night after a full day meeting. That itself made my day. More was to follow as the room was big enough with one of the most elaborate bathroom I have seen in India. The stay was pleasent...I wish I could have stayed longer. The food was great....really had a great mix of Indian and Western B/F set-up....
