Comfortable, clean, polite staff but not consistent is the best way to sum up this place.The location is not the center of town , It is near the doll museum and the Ganesh temple.The rooms were comfortable but the bathrooms are a bit run down and need sprucing up.A big advantage is that food is available round the clock.

Best Experience: The doorman who greets you with great fanfare has the second longest moutache in india. We were served great chinese food esp pan fried noodles,dragon chicken and crispy chili chicken .The buffet breakfast is good with great dosas and idlis but got boring as the same stuff was served on all days with minor variations.

Worst Experience: We ordered a chicken Steak and it was stinking. It was replaced but that dish should never have left the kitchen .The housekeeping staff was careless, some day they would forget to keep shampoo someday it would be teabags and so on.

Overall hotel cleanliness, room cleanliness and hygiene was very good. Rooms were very well maintained and room service was also very good. Front desk staff was not so courteous and took lot of time in check-in process. We had a good stay at this hotel.

i stayed in this hotel from 27th Might to 28th morning . I made a local call on 28th morning . For a local call of 4-5 minutes hotel charged Rs 72 . Which is clear case of overcharging . As i objected Mr Ashok was very rude and mandeep refused to give contcat number of Mr Dangayach . They have not displayed telephone charges any where . please be careful

Best Experience: Ameer fort ,city palace,Rajarh fort were best.the traditional food was very good.there were lot of things for sight seeing

Worst Experience: whole guide which we hired had commission with shopkeeprs.they suggest us only that places where they had there commission

Overall experience was very good at the hotel. Property is well built up and rooms are available at good value for money.

Best Experience: The room and view was very good. The room rates were pretty good value for money. The rooftop restraurent and swimming pool is awesome.

Worst Experience: The service in restraurent is slow.
