Hotel Review of MGM Hill Worth Resorts
Comments: Resort Location:

Its located on the way to ooty from Coonoor(2km away ).Location is really good & away from crowd but still not very remote

Resort Appearance:

As it's constructed recently,it has a refreshing & eye catching look. It has a very big parking space in front of the resort.Resort front appearance is located with glass.

Reception:

Reception looks good & they communicate good in English.They are very helpful.

Check-In:

Check in was very smooth & quick.Though we went by 9am in the morning ,still no delay in check in.

Room:

Rooms are very spacious.You can get a good outer view as its covered by glasses.Bathroom also very clean & spacious.Rooms also decorated very well.

Food:

Food in the restaurant is very good though bit costlier for Coonoor standards. They have South,North Indian & Chinese foods.Breakfast is complimentary.

Service:

Service is very good.As I didnt try the room service ,Im not sure how fast it is.

Restaurant:

Its in the basement & has a good outer view.Its also covered by glasses.Seating arrangements are really good.

Check Out:

They didnt take much time for that.They accept all credit cards

Conclusion:

We payed 2250/night .Its worth.We have a nice & memorable stay.Its one of the best in Coonoor.
Best Experience: Manager was very helpful & explaining all about that place
Service,Cleanliness,Food
Worst Experience: No Sea Food,For Coonoor Standards the tariff is high,No activities

We had planned to go to Coonoor and we were immensely satisfied with the decision we took. The hotel surroundings were very beautiful, it was as if the hotel was building was made and kept inside a niche in the hills. The blue coloured building was very beautiful to look at. Coonoor does not have lots of places to visit. The hotel was very neat and clean. Went to most of the common places to visit like Pykara, Dodabetta, Ooty Lake Ooty market etc. Had a nice time overall...

Loved the resort - heritage touch with unpolished granite and parquet flooring, four-poster beds and Colonial decor. The old newspaper cuttings on the walls from pre-1857 era were a great touch. Staff was polite and helpful. Very attentive and the manager , Mr. Sampath was extremely helpful. Great view from the huge windows of each room....
