About Coorg International
Hotel Coorg International commenced operations in the mid-90’s and was one of the first hotels in Coorg offering three star facilities, including a swimming pool and health club. It is located near the valley town of Mercara at a height of 1400 MSL in the Western Ghats. The hotel organizes half and full day treks with prior notice taking into consideration distances and durations preferred. Other activities include angling at the Valnoor Fishing Camp, golf at Mercara Downs 4 km away (no equipment provided for these activities), and visits to nearby coffee plantations. The hotel also features a conference facility and children’s play area.
Rooms & Amenities
All 25 rooms are standard rooms with modern facilities and have double beds. Some rooms are a/c. Amenities include Cable TV, travel desk, shopping arcade, indoor games, bar, travel desk, conference hall, doctor on call, currency exchange, health club & swimming pool. Silver Oaks -the multi-cuisine restaurant offers Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine in addition to the local Coorg cuisine. Credit cards accepted.
