This resort is really good. WE had booked it for 2 nights 3 days one night in Log hut cottage and one night in rock house. Rooms were very neat and clean, food was good and service was excellent....

very unfriendly resort. not value for money, we bookd for a tree house but were forced to get in to tent were left with no choice if because u r stuck if no vehicle u r at there mercy although u pay for all the wosrt stay. even if u live else were pls dont stay more than 2 days , one night....

Over all experience was much thrilling. The resort is very good. The service is good and the food is also good. But overall package is over priced.There are absolutely no restaraunts or eateries available in the vicinity. We stayed 1 day in rock house which was a good experience and 1 day at the tree house. We booked 5 days and 4 nights, but that's far too many days. The activities on the site look very appealing, but we were only able to do the safari (4.30 depart, driving on main roads, see bison, peacock and deer, NO tiger or other wild animal) and a boattrip around a lake (which you could already see from ashore). The 'jacuzzi' was nice though. Rafting wasn't possible, because the Dam wasn't open. Big dissapointment. Non of the other activities...

The location the ambience are excellent.The river is gorgeous,The room services are not upto the mark.There is no intercom facility there is no communication after you enter the room.There is no provision to take care of insects crawling in and around you in the room.The staff is not computer savvy and the bills are also hand written.The place is beautiful but requires to be cared for and looked after....

Good Experience - for short brk of 2 days (not more !). The place is in Jungle - so no other things to do other than boating, rafting, rapling etc. River activities depends on release of Dam water. While going from Belgaum, follow Belgaum - Khanapur - Ramnagar way. The road is excellent ! (Do not go by any other route)...

overall experience was satisfactory. I had been there alone to enjoy photography and was surprised to find the owner himself engaged in the hobby. it was a great learning experience. Did like the quality of service provided by all the people there. Always ready to help. Though resort is restricted to water sports there is a lot to do with other activities outside resort.
