Hotel location was excellent. However some of the activities for kids were not functioning. The service was very worst.

"No facilities"

No fooding facilities, no room service after 6 p.m. and before 7 am, no leisure activities. No lift provision to reach the campus from road. Bathroom are specious but not upto the mark comprising with tariff.

It was in front of kanchanjangha mountain therefore the view and the location was excellent and undoubtedly the service and the room was excellent as well.

The old architecture of this hotel is impressive. The building is very well maintained and the services are excellent. Whatever meal we had here was delicious. I can recommend this place. You can easily stay in Darjeeling for 3-4 days.

The Darjeeling Planters Club was opened to guests in 1879. The hotel is located 3 hours drive away from Bagdogra Airport, half-an-hour drive from Darjeeling railway station and it is half-and-hour drive from Super market bus stand
