I had been to Himachal last year and the time of the year we visited was not the best one (late October) and most places had dried out.
I would be thankful if someone here gives me an idea on the best time of visit to Uttaranchal. I am not really longing for snow, but would like to see either greenery or snow, but certainly not the period in between, with trees shedding leaves. Any information or pointers to such information would be highly appreciated!
