This was a trip in the month of December. The city was good. The surroundings of the hotel were very good. The appearance of the hotel was very good, its interior as well as exterior were attractive. There were no delay in check in and checkout and the reception and front office services were good. The rooms provided were very good as it was neat and clean. The staff were average. The food and drink was not good and wasn’t delicious. The overall services provided by the hotel were average since there were dirty blankets in the room we were provided with. I would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Front office reception staff and manager are very good BUT whole rooms and interior is very bad, food is bad, kindly improve. Bathrooms is unclean. Whole resort is bad smell. Staff are not responding. It seems the funds are not coming from rajastha government, we came with lot of hope but disappointed
Hotel Dhola Maaru is located in the main road. The hotel premises is very beautiful and gives you a nice impression of the hotel. The thing I liked the most was the hotel lobby. The lobby was quite spacious and moreover it was arranged like a typical Rajastani mansion. The traditional floor cushions are laid on the sides of the lobby which gives a true Marvadi style ambiance to the lobby. I didn't like room much and remember to carry your own toiletry items.
I got really a great deal in this hotel, when I reached there. The appearance of hotel was like heritage hotel. I was extremely amazed with the warm welcome and such a great hospitality. The rooms were so spacious and had big LED. Best part was the food, it was really delicious local food. Highly recommended
It looks like heritage type and the interior is good and I loved it so much. It is nearest to all the watchable places of Bikaner. One of the greatest hotel in Bikaner and the heritage style, food, services and appearance were all good, so it attracts everyone. All the staff and servers well behaved and were decent also.
I Stayed here for one night while visiting Bikaner for official work. It was a great experience. Very good hotel to stay, very good and helpful staff. Room amenities were good. Staff were very polite and guest friendly. Superb service and well hygienic rooms and food. I will defiantly stay here again.
In the land of desert Bikaner which is famous for its namkeen and sweets this hotel turns out to be a cherry on the cake. Located in calm and quite surrounding yet in the middle of city this hotel truly proves its worth. Adding to its prime location is the fast and excellent service. The appearance is like of a traditional place and gives life time memories.
Best service in hotel and rooms were good. Hotel location is good, rooms is best, staff is good staff manager is good all over. The crystal hotel is excellent, restaurant is also nice, food is very good and rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good. Agra trip is very best with crystal hotel.
We booked Dhola Maru because it's in the heart of the city and we were looking for an economical option for one night in Bikaner. The hotel seemed to be newly renovated. We were the only guests the night we stayed there. There seemed to be only one person on duty during the time that we were there.
It is a nice experience to stay there. The location is very good. Wide road in front of the road. Nice gardening. Very good car parking place. Rooms are big enough. Bathrooms are ok. ACs are working but not well maintained. Room Service is not up to the mark. Quality of food is good but service is not proper. Number of stuffs are not up to the requirement. I enjoyed my family vacation a lot there.

Budget Hotel. Good location, good complex, good rooms and facilities, neat and clean rooms, bedding and linen. Reasonably good food. Courteous and helpful management and staff.
Had a great time...a really good hotel...will be glad to visit again
hotel location and space are good but the hospitality for which it has to been known is missing. nearly no room service and even for a bottle of water we have to wait for 20 minutes then we go to pantry and reception to collect the bottle. food quality was good but again the presentation was not good and even no proper help desk for tourist purpose. overall experience is not good.
Overall experience at this hotel was excellent. Room was quite spacious and warm though outside it was very cold in January. Large bed with good Rajasthani bed cover. Bathroom was very neat and clean with good design. Only the basin had a crack in the middle. But hot water was available 24 hours. Cable TV in room. Overall good hotel for a family to enjoy the sights of Bikaner.
